I help build community within organizations, cultivating access to and living the values of collaboration. The organizational system is designed to bring forth group process in a proactive combination of mapping out intentions and working with the individual’s talent’s and interests. The system builds upon understanding social processes that work with conflict to support social cohesion for group dynamics to be successful over time.
