Within the heat of a Sweat Lodge,
embedded within a Day Long Retreat,
we will support the healing powers of Prayer and Sweat.
Nature's Way through the Somatic lens holds a hoop around all that enter the lodge. Within this sacred space, permission to feel the deepest parts of self, the gift is through release and release happens within this safe container.
Please join with an open heart and a prayer of intention for what it is you would like to let go of and what you would like to bring in. We will start from there. This is a Prayer Lodge, held within the methodology of S.E.E Nature's Way.
